My Style, eShakti's Dress

I decided to choose a piece that was very different from what is  normally shown on the blog and settled on the Diamond Quilt Jacquard Sheath Dress.  I love this dress for many reasons including the color, the faux leather trim and quilted fabric that gives this classic silhouette a modern, chic, yet edgy appeal.

The ordering process was easy breezy:
Choose your item,
Decide on any type of customization either size and/or style. There is an additional $7.50 for this service. (In my case it was size)
Submit your measurements (eShakti shows you how to take measurements), 
Now, customize the style (change the hem length, neckline, sleeve type, I chose knee length) 
and waalaa, it was done! Seven days after my order was submitted, my dressed shipped, four days later it arrived.  




The dress looked fab online and I fell in love again when I received it. The color was pretty spot on, the only difference I noticed is online it looked more like a pencil skirt instead of A-line, but that was a plus for me. The dress is fully lined, constructed extremely well, and the quilted fabric gives it a very structured feel and look. I was nervous about the fit (the only thing I have ever had costumed tailored was my wedding dress), but for sending my measurements instead of being there in person, the results were quite impressive. The dress fit across my chest but loose in my shoulders and around my mid section, however I chalked that up to not having the proper equipment to measure myself.  All in all I am pretty happy with the quality of the garment and eShakti’s service and would give them a B+.

I had the option to remove the pockets on the dress, but I absolutely adore them!
